Frequently Asked Questions
What areas do you serve?
We work throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. If you’re in a nearby neighborhood and unsure whether we cover your area, just reach out and we’ll let you know.
Do I need to supply the mount or hardware, or do you provide it?
You’re welcome to supply your own mount or bracket, and we’ll install it. If you don’t have hardware or what you have isn’t rated for your wall type or TV size, we can source the right mount and add it at cost plus installation. Two mounts we recommend:
- Fixed flat mount (our top pick for most TVs)
- Mounting Dream Full Motion Articulating Mount (best for swivel)
Can you mount on concrete, brick, or plaster walls?
Yes. We work on all wall types except tile, including drywall, plaster, concrete, and brick. We use stud finders and wire detectors on every job, and we’ll always tell you if a specific location isn’t structurally suitable before we drill.
How long does a typical installation take?
TV mounting usually runs 30 to 60 minutes. Gallery walls and multi-piece art installs typically take 1 to 2 hours depending on the number of pieces. We’ll give you a more specific estimate when you book.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or situations where we arrive and can’t access the space, may be subject to a $75 trip fee. If we ever need to reschedule on our end, there’s never a fee to you.
What does your workmanship guarantee cover?
If anything we installed comes loose, shifts, or fails due to our workmanship within six months of the job, we’ll come back and fix it at no charge. The guarantee covers our installation work — not the items themselves or damage from accidents, wall changes, or building settling.
