Picture Perfect Mounting (“PPM,” “we,” “us”) provides professional installation services in Manhattan and Brooklyn. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit pictureperfectmounting.com or book with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. It also explains how our Google Ads management app handles Google user data (see “Google user data” below).

Information we collect

When you request a quote or book a job, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, service address, and information about the work you’d like done (for example, photos of your wall or the items you need mounted). If you text or call us, we keep a record of that conversation so we can serve you well.

To complete a job in your home, we may also collect access details such as your unit number, doorman or superintendent instructions, and building entry requirements. We use these only to arrive and complete the work, and we do not retain entry codes or access instructions after the job is done.

When you browse the site, we automatically collect basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site. This is collected through cookies and similar tools described below.

How we use your information

We use your information to schedule and complete your installation, send booking confirmations and appointment reminders, answer your questions, process payments, and follow up after your job. We manage bookings, quotes, and client records in Jobber, our scheduling and customer management platform, and invoicing and payments are processed through Jobber and QuickBooks. We may also use your information to improve our website and services, and, if you’ve opted in, to send occasional offers or updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

After your job, we may follow up by text or email to ask how everything went and invite you to leave a review. Reviews you post on Google or other platforms are public and governed by those platforms’ terms, and we may display them on our website.

Photos and social media

We may photograph or film completed installations for our portfolio, website, Instagram, and TikTok. We take care not to show faces, addresses, building names, or personal items that could identify you or your home. If you’d prefer your job not be photographed or shared, let us know before or during the appointment and we’ll honor it. You can also ask us to remove a post featuring your space at any time by contacting us below.

Text messages

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from PPM related to your booking, such as confirmations, reminders, arrival updates, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance. We do not share your phone number or texting consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as Jobber, QuickBooks, payment processors, email and text messaging providers, and website analytics tools. These providers may only use your information to perform services for us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, our customers, or our team.

Many New York buildings require a certificate of insurance before we can work on site. When your building requires one, we may share our insurance certificate along with your name and unit number with your building’s management or superintendent so the job can be approved.

Within PPM, our installers and any contractors who help with scheduling, website, or marketing work can only access the information they need for their role, and all are bound by confidentiality. Anyone assisting with marketing content receives footage only after identifying details have been removed.

Some of our clients come to us through referral partners. If you were referred by a partner, we may let that partner know that a booking took place so they can be credited for the referral. We do not share your contact details, address, or job information with referral partners.

Cookies and analytics

Our site uses cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site. We may also use advertising cookies and pixels from Google and Meta to measure our campaigns and to show ads to people who have visited our site. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings and Meta Ad Preferences, and you can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended. Our site may also include embedded content from third parties, such as Google reviews or maps, which are governed by those providers’ own privacy policies.

Commercial and office clients

This policy also applies to the business contacts we work with on office, retail, and other commercial projects. To coordinate those jobs we may receive names of a client’s employees for building access lists, floor plans, delivery schedules, and similar project details. We use that information solely to plan and complete the project and treat floor plans and internal documents as confidential.

Data retention and security

We keep customer records for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business and tax records, and resolve any disputes. We also keep installation details and photos of completed work so we can return for future jobs, rehangs, or warranty issues without starting from scratch. Client records are stored in Jobber, communications in Gmail, and photos and video in Google Drive, all U.S.-based cloud services. Raw job footage that has not been published is deleted or archived within 12 months.

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, consistent with New York’s SHIELD Act, and we will notify affected clients of any data breach as required by law. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information accordingly.

Your choices and rights

You can tell us how you’d like to be reached, whether by text, email, or phone, and we’ll honor that preference. You can opt out of any message that isn’t directly related to a booking at any time by replying STOP, clicking unsubscribe, or contacting us.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we’ll honor those requests as required. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Google user data (our Google Ads management app)

This section explains how the Picture Perfect Mounting app, the name shown on Google’s sign-in screen, accesses, uses, shares, stores and deletes Google user data. The app is an internal tool used only by Picture Perfect Mounting staff to manage our own Google Ads account. It is not available to customers or the public.

Data we access

When an authorized staff member signs in with Google, the app requests two things: the Google Ads API permission (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords), to access our own Google Ads account data such as campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, search terms, budgets, conversion settings and performance reports; and the email address of the signed-in Google account, to confirm who signed in. No other Google user data is accessed.

How we use it

Only to view reports on our own advertising and, with our approval each time, to make changes to our own Google Ads account, such as adding keywords, negative keywords or ads. Google user data is never used for advertising to individuals, profiling, resale, or training AI or machine learning models.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share Google user data with anyone. Only authorized Picture Perfect Mounting staff can see it. We would disclose it only if required by law.

Storage and protection

Sign-in tokens and report data are stored only on our password-protected company computer, in files that only our user account can read. Data moves between the app and Google over encrypted HTTPS connections.

Retention and deletion

Report data is kept only as long as needed for our analysis, then deleted. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately stops the app from reaching the account. To ask for deletion of any data, email isaac@pictureperfectmounting.com and we will delete it within 30 days.

Limited Use

Picture Perfect Mounting’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our site or services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
