Red Powder Room Gallery

Framed pieces hung in a small red powder room. Tight spaces are about proportion: the right height for a room where people are mostly standing, and centered on the wall you actually face.

We chose the wall opposite the door as the focal point, set the frames at standing eye level, and kept the spacing tight so the group reads as one arrangement in a small footprint. Bathrooms also mean checking for pipes before drilling, which we did.

Powder rooms and hallways are some of the best places for art in an apartment, and some of the most overlooked.
