Window AC Installation

A window air conditioner installed in a NYC apartment with a proper exterior support bracket and sealed side panels. New York buildings expect window units to be braced, and many co-ops and management companies require it.

The unit was set level with the correct slight tilt to the outside so condensation drains away from the room, the bracket was fitted to carry the weight, and the side panels and gaps were sealed so the unit cools the apartment rather than the street. We tested it running before leaving.

We do not sell air conditioners, so our advice on which size to buy is unbiased. Bring us the unit and we will install it.
